Lifecycle Direct Mail

The challenge
Create two new direct mail pieces, to entice previous customers who have purchased between 0-3 and 3-8 months ago to make a new purchase. For both audiences it was important to show our full range to entice them to expand on their original purchases.

The solution
The larger DM showed a more broad collection of brands and we used the concept of an A-Z to list the products and create a playful story to guide them through the piece. On the smaller piece we used one brand; a playful dog grooming company, to show how you can use all our products to tell your own brand story.

Scamps & Initial shots

 

We had to carefully consider how the text would layer over the image so it was important to create a very detailed scamp that we could use as an overlay whilst shooting.
